daniel Baltzer was born August 28,1971, in Columbus, Ohio.
His art is an exploration of new visual vocabulary to express human responses to the world and changes of a postmodern society. He is fascinated with layered imagery both flat and dimensional as well as the human figure as vernacular of an evolving visual vocabulary. daniel had a number of group shows and solo exhibitions in Columbus before moving to New York City in August of 2002, where he now resides and continues to work.
